Business Analyst/Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage functional & non-functional requirements/user stories & features, ensuring that business needs are met with current technology solutions.

• Work with an agile team and appropriate governance teams to ensure the

• SLDC governance process is followed according to current standards and

• Model implementation needs are met according to current standards.

• Ensure data governance & interface requirements are met for the agile team.

• Work across teams and promote productive relationships (business, technology, modeling & governance) to improve clarity and ensure that processes are as streamlined/automated as possible.

• Minimum Required Experience

• 2 years in financial, credit risk or market risk industry

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated success in gathering requirements and managing scope/features for business & data applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience/education in financial theory, credit risk, market risk or mortgage finance is helpful.

• Fundamental knowledge of SQL, Tableau/other BI tools and Excel

• Exposure to AWS or other cloud technologies

• Cost/benefit driven mindset.
