Is more internships the better?

Put efforts in getting an internship or part-time job in the U.S. rather than accumulate more internships from your native countries.

US Internship is important

Not necessarily. I see some resumes having three or four internships in China and no internships in the U.S. It will make people wonder why this candidate cannot get an internship in the U.S. Internship experience is not only about practicing the “hard” skills but also about acquiring the “soft” skills, including how to interact with your coworkers. More internships in China may mean that the candidate is more ingrained with the Chinese work place culture, which may be harder for him/her to adjust or relearn the U.S. corporate culture. My advice is that you need to put efforts in getting an internship or part-time job in the U.S. rather than accumulate more internships from your native countries.
